We use a Living Room Conversations format to offer small, facilitated dialogues on a variety of topics where diverse residents can learn about and discuss challenging topics. Our dialogues help participants speak in a way so that others can listen and listen in order to connect more deeply with others. We believe these conversations are a great way to cultivate trust and build a dialogic culture, recognizing that mutual understanding, not agreement, is the foundation of any healthy community.
