It’s the holiday season, where society urges us on to feel ever more harried and hurried. On this Solstice eve, we are switching up our regular “Living Room Conversations.” Instead of using dialogue to connect with others, you will be invited to go within, to connect with your body and the “dialogic space” you inhabit. Join Heathmere Center and the Beverly Public Library for a relaxing and transformative embodied practice that will leave you feeling more connected with yourself and those around you. No experience necessary—just a willingness to explore, let go and come alive! Heathmere’s Executive Director Lauren Barthold will lead the group in an internal, meditative dialogic experience called, “Sensing the Dialogic Space,” developed by Eelco de Gues. Questions?
